I eventually want to get the Tosca Reno Clean Eating book, but until then I am looking and exploring the The GI Diet. What I am finding is that it is similar but so here is my food day.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal-Old Fashioned Oats
Blueberries
A dab of Low Fat Redi-Whip
A dash of cinnamon
A handful of almonds
A cup of skim milk
Snack:
Shakeology -Chocolate and Peanut Butter-was almost like having a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.
Lunch:
Home Made Burger
Baked Beans
Tomato
Mustard
Diet Cola
A miniature dark chocolate Milky Way
Snack:
A small bowl of Bran Flakes and skim milk
Dinner:
Oven baked bread crumbed Chicken
Sweet potato mash
Whole grain rice
A small Sprite
Water
I know it's not that great and I have a few things to work on. I hope tomorrow is better. Also, I am doing my workouts in the morning because the longer I put it off, the harder it is to do it. So I get my workouts done early and have the rest of the day to hang out with my family. Also, starting in June, I'm starting a small exercise group. I'll announce more when I get the details ironed out. So I'll be posting my food diary everyday and other tidbits of information every day. Follow along with me. :) Well goodnight all. :)
